WebAfrica Networks - Poor Service - Hates its customers

Poor Service from Web Africa Networks (same as Telkom ) They billed me incorrectly and cannot fix or refund me the incorrect amounts , I have used every method available to its customers with no success ! will be switching Service providers soon ,I give up!!! the message is clear the company hates its customers!!!!
