WebAfrica: Network connectivity change

My internet connectivity somehow stopped working a few days ago. I initially left it, thinking it was a minor network issue for the LTE deal I had. I logged a query with Webafrica after a few days of no connectivity. I was informed yesterday that network settings had recently been changed and my area was no longer covered. THREE ISSUES : 1) WebAfrica did not have the decency to inform me that the service I paid for was no longer available. 2) Our was nonchalantly informed that it is out of their control. How do you sell a service and then blame your very own service providers? 3) I want to cancel and they now ask me to cancel a month in advance.

I must now pay for the remainder of April AND May for a service which I am being forced to cancel due to non-performance of the product/service I bought. How is that even ethical?

Bitterly disappointed as I was extremely happy with WebAfrica up to that point. Will never do business again with a company that is *********.
