Webafrica is the worst company you can deal with. No one can assist you over the phone and that ****ty chatbot is not helping.

I cancelled my service and I returned their router and they are still *****ing my money. I informed them end of Jan to please stop deducting from my account and on 1 March 2025 they again stole my money. What a bunch of clowns...
