WebAfrica my fist ISP review

The Website itself is user friendly but it does need improvement such as if people request two lines to be activated on same property and it doesn't end up giving you added stress to call in and wait on hold for nearly an hour. If they could streamline their website and their customer service so no unnecessary stress and frustration could be avoided,they might possibly garner more clients. Their WhatsApp chat can be good at times but response again is very slow. Customers would like to feel that their connection issues are of the utmost importance to their ISP. Overall, my experience was one of frustration but also relief after my installation was completed. It felt like giving birth.
