Webafrica ****. My credit record if affected because of Webafrica

I app**** for Openserve fiber from Webafrica and they did not deliver any service to me. I waited for 24 days and nothing happened. Now they are busy debiting from account every month and this is frustrating me cause is affecting my credit score for something that is not there.
