WebAfrica Must Fall

Stay away from WebAfrica !! Do not take your hard earned money there. What you will get in return is incompetence and poor service.

Imagine going online to secure an ISP and stumbling across WebAfrica, scroll past them if you do. It's not worth the trouble. I have had two product orders cancellations from their side. Having paid them on the 9th of March, having requested my refund by 13th of March as they were unable to provide me with the service. On the 26th of March still there is no refund. I have went to Capitec bank and have supp**** them with proof that it has not been processed.

I get sent from Pillar to Post by the agents claiming the issue has been escalated, still nothing has been done.

Very very sad the level of service we receive as South Africans.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from WebAfrica , no amount of Paracetamol tablets will take away the headache you receive with dealing with their refund process.
