Webafrica most usless company ever!!!

Worst company I've ever delt with. 3 month and never got my Internet connected. I even had to pay for my own fibre box that they never installed through vumatel. I eventually cancelled and asked for my line to be released and they refuse. I'm being held hostage by a company that could not supply me with a service. They also charging me for a service they could not provide. There WhatsApp system is shocking no one assists they just keep transferring you from one person to the next. I've requested management to contact me not even that happens. Most usless company ever
