Webafrica - MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER IN SA

DO NOT USER WEBAFRICA. They have the most terrible service I have ever had in my life. I do not think there is any other company that close close. I wanted to move from my current provider to Webafrica for fiber. In the beginning they were so quick to install the cable and from there nothing. I waited for reuter for couple weeks. Once reuter is delivered they expected me do the connections and figure how this...I tried for months to get hold their support without any help. During this time they are charging me monthly fee. Eventually I decided to cancel my contract with them and the wanted to charge me cancelation fee for the internet I never used and they did not refund me my money back. To make it worse now the are still charging me. And today out of no way I get R 5000.00 debit and while I was still confused I get another R700.00. And as always their support is terrible and not reachable. This is really bad. I do not encourage any to use their service.
