webafrica more like web ******s

I am disgusted at the service and customer care i have been receiving from both webafrica and vumatel. After my first payment my device was installed but i had broken service i immediately reported this fault to web Africa who then gave me a fault reference number that according to them would be resolved within 48 hours. Fast forward 7 days later after nagging mailing and calling from my side i get a call back wich i miss i simply text them to make a call back oly to find out im in areas how when i still have not received the service that we agreed upon as per our agreement.
