WEBAFRICA more like WEB of LIES

Webafrica has debited me without notice for a delivery fee for a router. I ALREADY HAVE A ROUTER FROM THEM. Worst is they debited me without notice and in such I dont have money in my account. So I have been charged with debit rejection fees, this also goes against my credit score. So I contacted them and the agent Raeez said he spoke to their dispatch side and they were notified and would send credit. This was yesterday. So what happens today...they debit my account again, again debit rejection fees and noted negatively against my name. Again I made contact to sort out, nothing has been done yet. HOW LONG CAN A CREDIT NOTE OF THIS NATURE TAKE. This is only the beginning of my problems with them as I am fighting to get activated, but since you can only chat to WHATSAPP - everyday I have to tell me long story to a new person......I am so fed up with this
