WebAfrica- more like Lost in Africa

Shocking support from call centre. After being on a call for over 35 mins yesterday, the call dropped and although the agent had my number, he didn't call back. Their WhatsApp no which is supposed to have a live agent at the other end cannot even send a copy of my contract, just keeps offering the same menu. i have now been on their tel line for 14 mins still unable to reach anyone. I WILL NOT BE USING THEM FOR MUCH LONGER.
