I would leave zero starts if I could. This company is absolutely **********. I was told that installation is free as I am signing up for a month to month contract. After 6 months I am Moving and no longer require their services. I was told that I need to return the router (understandable), but also that I will be charged the installation fee as well as a connection fee penalty for discontinuing my subscription in less than 12 months. These costs add up to R2735. How was I not informed that installation will only be covered if i stay a customer for over 12 months and how are they legally allowed to advertise this contract as month to month if you are charged a fee for cancelling before 12 months?? According to the ARB code of Advertising practices, this is misleading and service providers are obligated to disclose any mandator and additional fees prior to signing a subscription. I need someone to help me ad they are ******** people into signing up and robbing them of additional costs. Once you dispute, they send you all sorts of links to the website where this info is captured. However it’s useless after the fact. It’s also disclosed in any signed contracts.
