Webafrica modem delivery

Pathetic service. Waiting for my parcel from Webafrica for over 3 days. Nobody calls me then sms to say contact not available, called durban office to explain, promised a call followed by delivery and nothing everyday. I keep rescheduling to the next day and history repeats itself!!! Waybill no ***. Webafrica, why do you choose such a useless courier company? I have waited over a week for this parcel and am at my waist end.
