Webafrica misleading advertising

I signed up for a Fiber installation with Webafrica, the line was installed on the 24th December 2022, yet the router only arrived a few days later. Now my issue is that they advertise the first month is R19 thereafter the full price of R639.00 comes into play. However they don't tell you that they consider the month your installation is done in as month 1, therefore not R19 for the month, I have already been charged the full fee + a fee for an invoice, while I have only had fiber for about a week Tried discussing with a billing person, who spoke in circles and left me even more annoyed, you can only contact them via whatsapp, they don't allow calls So please beware of Webafrica what they promise is not what you get
