Webafrica misinfirms clients and managers don't respond

Web africa gave me false information for an upgrade.I complained and wanted to speak to a manager to take action against the offending staff member Management has not bothered to call me. Typical of their service. Now I have to go back and start the long process of their slow whatsapp call system to try and find a disinterested manager. I will not recomend them to anyone when they give out false information
