Webafrica & MetroFibre pathetic service resolving line speed

I subscribed for 1000mbps with webafrica and the were very happy to deduct money for that service but they did not deliver. I have been trying to get this fixed for the past 3 weeks and webafrica keeps telling me that they will log a case with Metrofibre to send out its technicians and metrofibre keeps giving me steps to restart everything but those steps never work and who ever is helping disappears after that. Somehow I'm under the impression that they thought that I will never check and just blindly use the wifi as long as it is working; which it is not!!! I need to be urgently fixed because this is really affecting how I work considering that I work from home.
