Worst service ever. No communication at all. Rica docs was posted as requested. R249 was deducted from our bank account. I have a proof of payment. But they said they did not get the money. They try to deduct another R249 which they are not authorized to do. I want my service connected and simcard to be delivered. Will not hesitate to open a ***** case against webafrica. I paid for a service what we did not recieved
