Webafrica ****MERS

For 6 months I am trying to cancel my subscription with Webafrica, but I am failing.

There is no contact number to call or email address to send concerns to. When I try logging into my account and cancelling, it refers me to a live chat. When I speak to someone on the live chat to cancel, they refer me to cancel on my account. There is no help to cancel from this company, please stay far away from them.

I instructed my bank to block any debit orders from Webafrica, but they change the reference number so that they can keep debiting me even through I am no longer using their service for months already.

Please help!
