To all prospective fibre seekers, please do not consider WEBAFRICA. I app**** first week of december 2023, was advised i had to wait 3 months for fibre in my complex (we have had Vumatel for more than 2 years). I cancelled in jan'2024, my router was delivered in feb 2024, I did not take possession of it, the courier returned with it On this same day my bank account was debited. i reversed the debit order, and for the last 2 months, the debit orders are going off, irrespective that i was told by a consultant that the cancellation was through in feb2024.
