The company billed me 249 to deliver a router, which I took the day off to receive. They then recalled the router from the courier with no reason or communications. They then billed me for August when I wasn't a client. They now bill me for an active line but no router ??

After 4 messages with customer support not being returned...and 6 hours on a chat bot getting nowhere...being cut off numerous times ... unfriendly staff refusing to give a physical office address ?

Time for a stop order and cancellation.
