Webafrica LTE

I enquired about Telkom LTE. The salesman said Webafrica has their own LTE towers independent of Telkom. I was already having issues with Telkom LTE. First the order was delayed, by delivery address was intercepted so I could not complete the rica process. I received my LTE device around 22 August. I reported that my speeds are averaging 0.1MB at any given time of testing. Reported several times. Several times Webafrica said they escalating it to Telkom. I asked them to follow up on my issue every 2 days. 28 days later and my Telkom LTE issue has not been resolved. Rain and Cellc LTE works. Webafrica is excellent at sales and selling their products. But that is where it ends. Then you go to listen to the same old jokes on the telephone system. A company is only as good as the support service it offers.
