Webafrica LiveChat terrible and won't let me cancel service

Just spent 2 hours on the Webafrica support LiveChat, initially trying to order a new modem. After an hour of repeated failures to get through to anybody, I checked the website, but there is no other way to get support except through LiveChat. I decided then to cancel my Webafrica service, but one can only do this through the LiveChat. I went back to LiveChat, but there's no option to cancel except by connecting to an agent, which I tried again - twice - and failed. So I can't get help to purchase a product, and can't cancel the service. This is poor.
