WebAfrica - Little to no feedback

Fibre order placed almost 3 weeks ago with no response from Vumatel regarding the installation. The ISP is @Webafrica and they have a "superfast" Whatsapp support service... which I've been using to try and follow up on my order with little to no response (mostly no response)

I've probably submitted 15 call back requests with little to no response
