Webafrica - Limited Options to Cancel Account

I have been trying to cancel my account for the past few days but with no luck! Webafrica make it incredibly hard to cancel. The only option is to use the WhatsApp platform but when the bot does not work as in my case is then you are stuck and locked in!

You get asked to input your email address before you can chat to an agent. When I input my email address then the bot just does not respond with anything further. It is completely unacceptable how they lock you in to your account so that they get extra money!
