Webafrica, lies, lies, and more lies and they never do what they say they would do.

It's a pity I can't give them a negative star. Dept of Home Affairs and the Licensing Dept's ******* child Webafrica. This is how poor their service delivery is. Never use them as an ISP. You will regret every frustrating minute that you have. I have only had problems with them in the year I used them. They are beyond inept and ***********. You can't even cancel their ****py service, even if you wanted to. It's a non-stop struggle. So my internet services with them is cancelled, yes I have no internet from them anymore, but they refuse to release the Metrofibre line so I can use another, hopefully better, ISP. Yes, they refuse to release the line, and I am not the only one from reading their Twitter feed. Yes, Twitter is the only way to get some kind of response from them. You can't even phone them... STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA PEOPLE.
