WEBAFRICA IS THE WORST PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY!

I have spoken to 12 customer service agents in the last week and no one will assist me!!!

I have been promised a manager call twice now but STILL don't have a query number. All they do is transfer me back and forth till their service cuts the chat over and over again.

I have spoken to: 1. Manhole 2. Zoliswa 3. Imran 4. Jayalutchmie 5. Musawenkosi 6. Thato 7. Iman 8. Ronnie 9. Phumzile 10. Zoliswa AGAIN! 11. Aneesa 12. Tawfeeq

Web Africa won't help you and they will lie to you just to get you to sign up but as soon as there is a problem or they need to assist you with anything they flat out refuse to do anything!

I requested a number to call as they only use a whatsapp service. I have spent full days over the last week on this whatsapp service pleading for assistance but after getting cut off and ignored for 8 days I requested a number to call.

No one ever answers the number!

They have now also ignored my request to cancel my service and AGAIN keep saying that I'm being "transferred" .
