If I could give 0 stars I would! First they LIE and say fiber is available in my area then send me a whatsapp saying "Please see important information regarding your recent order, below.Thank you for your pre-order. Your Fibre is still in pre-order which means your area is not live yet. It usually takes about 1-3 months for an area to go live but as soon as that happens or if we need anything from you, we will notify you. Regards WebAfrica."

but THEN there is no call center to call and cancel with, there is no help on whatsapp because the BOT is stuck in a LOOP. There is no service on the website live help because guess what... IT WORKS WITH THE SAME BOT AS THE WHATS APP BOT.
