Webafrica **** about promised upgrades

Webafrica promised me an upgrade to my fibre speeds weeks ago. I followed up and they said it takes time to do the upgrade. I followed up again with them and spent two hours on whatapp support and still no upgrade. My speeds seem even slower after all this effort.
