Webafrica late installations and Vumatel

i fell like better service can be rendered to customers on time, its been over a month this company sending me from pillar to post about installations, if not telling me they got a wrong address its their installation guys saying they wont install wifi as their system has wrong location. Not sure how they managed to come here if the address is wrong.
