WebAfrica lack of service delivery.

I would like to place my absolute disappointment in the service and failed attempts to seek for assistance in resolving my connectivity issue which was set to be resolved within the promised period. My query has been ongoing for over 72 hours and counting with failure to assist, call for an update nor send a technician to assist with the matter. I've been sent from pillar to post with no urgency to help send out a technician to have the matter resolved. I am highly disappointed at the lack of urgency and constant answer given by agents which were definitely not helping the situation. It is highly disappointing to have no guarantee in the having given time frames of a query to be resolved and supposing the given time with no change of the situation at hand. Absolute poor service, and I bet many may agree having a look at the reviews read.
