WebAfrica lack of service and total Banana Republic customer service

I have been so disappointed by WebAfrica , I am currently a LTE customer and wanted to migrate to Fibre with them. The installation team - Frogfoot has done installation and the site is live. They ( WebArica ) has to now request access to connect me to the fibre installation. They ( Webafrica ) says Its Frogfoot and now I have spoken to the installation coordinator and heard this is the standard complaint with this service provider. PLEASE BE AWARE ! do not USE THEM EVER !!!
