Webafrica : lack of customer service

I have had a speed problem for the last month. I am on 250mbs but only get 25mbs on average. I have logged a fault with web Africa a month ago. The only response or communication I get is when I contact them each day for progress. This comes in the form of a daily promise of my fault being escalated etc. Every day is the same with nothing being done! I tried emailing the *** but get the same treatment. I am now at my wits end and am searching for a service provider who actually cares about customer service.
