The company is virtually impossible to contact. The website sends you to a WhatsApp connection which has no escape route to a real person and which cannot deal with anything not on the list of queries. The address given in the welcome mail bounces back. Trying to call after digging around the number and you get told there is a 30 minute waiting list.
