WEBAFRICA - Jacks a line and doesn't want to release

Very bad service from WebAfrica. Ordered a new line, which only took 5 miniutes and 1 chat on Whatsapp. Line to the main house has now been hijacked by WebAfrica and the service of the main house suspended, without any contact or information. The cottage I stay in is still disconnected. The main house without a line. Line needs to be released. Been on the whatsapp customer care for over an hour, assisted by 4 different technicians, nobody can help. Called the call-centre, they refer me to the Whatsapp line....Very Very VERY Frustrated
