Webafrica ISP

One of the worst ISP's I've dealt with. If you have a problem with your fiber line the only way to communicate with them is through WhatsApp. I've canceled my subscription with them yet they still debit my account. They also refuse to release my line in order for me to move to a different ISP. This after they've confirmed that my line has been released. This means I'm sitting without internet. Worst service because you have to wait for long periods for someone to respond to your WhatsApp questions. All I want is for them to release my line.
