Webafrica is usless on all portals regarding customer assistence.

This service provider is useless. You never get assistance. The charge the regular customers more than new customers and then when you query you never get an answer. I gave up on the phone as it continue to get stuck in a loop and cannot get a human on the line. The live chat waits for ever with no response. I gave up on the whatsapp chat after the 5th service agent transferred me to another one with no response. This was over four and a half (4.5) hours later. I tried the live chat and the response never came back. The same happened last month. I am keeping the whatsapp as evidence in case I ever find a manger or intelligent human to lodge my complaint with Do not use these people their service is useless.
