Webafrica is useless & unprofessional

The worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolutely no communication and no way of getting hold of them other than through WhatsApp, no contact number or email other than for complaints, totally unprofessional. My WiFi is always down, the longest has now been over 2 and a half weeks with absolutely no help!!! I've cancelled and they still keep debiting my account so I had to stop it. They then send me an invoice for R500 because I stopped my debit order? Disgusting!!!! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. Useless
