WEBAFRICA is useless, Pathetic to say the least

WebAfrica, Give them 5 Star rating for collecting your money but to get service from them 0 star ratingI'm extremely dissatisfied with this provider's service!

The live chat support is useless and I've had no success in resolving my issues. Can someone please assist me in cancelling my service? Can someone tell me how to cancel everything with them? there is no call centre of e-mail support, only a useless Live Chat line, without any agent responding, waiting for 4 weeks for the activation of Fibre services to my address in Stellenbosch, router delivered and still not connected to the internet and my 1st month payment went off yesterday. My support ticket close without any outcome today, I have it, WEBAFRICA Cancel my Service and come and fetch your router ASAP, I do not want to speak to any Live chat bull**** computer
