Webafrica is useless

Webafrica as service provider is worse than ***, its non existent...I placed my order for fiber installation end or May 2021, my installation was done on the 2nd June2021, router delivered 4th June 2021 and its now 7th July 2021 and im STILL waiting for activation.....I did my investigation myself and the issue is with Metrofiber due to fault in line. I then managed to get hold of one of the brand managers at Webafrica and was told it will be fixed. A week has passed and after several emails directly to brand manager i have had no reply or response.... Webafrica is useless....i do not recommend them for service provider
