Webafrica is useless

I have been struggling with connectivity from 18 October 2022 and I have been following up since but at I write, I have no idea when this problem is likely to be fixed.

Webafrica only cares about new business. The only time you get to speak to a human being is when you are looking for a new line, after that they don't care about you and you get to speak to robots.

I can't wait to get out of this contract, I have never seen such a useless service.
