Webafrica is useless!!!!!

I have had the worst experience with Webafrica, my internet has been down for over and month with no resolution, I can never get to speak to someone and using WhatsApp as means of commincation is a nightmare. It's the worst experience I have ever had. My account is still being billed and I have had no internet. I get passed from one agent to the next with numerous reference numbers I have to keep following up, starting the explanation from the beginning each time All I'm told I'd that metrolink is the new service provider and I have to have my fibre box change, Noone has communicated this to me!!!!! No one makes contact!!! Pathetic is an under statement for this company and service delivery.
