Webafrica is useless!!

Our internet connection has been down since Monday. Webafrica offers the most pathetic and useless technical support service ever. You cannot contact them directly and have to use their WhatsApp line. No one has bothered to respond via this channel, which means that your problem will never get resolved. They shouldn't offer a service where customers cannot access their technical support service when needed. They are ****** useless just like our government.
