Webafrica is useless! And so is telkom!

I haven't had internet for 2 weeks tomorrow and every time I contact support (which is everyday), I get told that the issue has been esculated and that I should follow up tomorrow or the next day or there's nothing they can do because it's weekend. I'm livid!

I have paid for a full month's service but I'm not getting any internet. I've requested refund and they keep promising they'll credit my account but never do so I doubt I'll get my money back. Apparently the issue needs to be dealt with by Telkom which are even more useless! They don't know whats going on and when you speak to the 7th person that does, they say I can't deal with them directly because my servicer is through webafrica. I wish webafrica never moved to telkom. When I do have internet I'm getting speeds less than 100kb/s and half the time it's down.

I've canceled my subscription with them and going over to Rain. Stay far away from webafrica and telkom! Never ever again in my life will I recommend webafrica or telkom to anyone!
