Webafrica is useless

Stay away from Webafrica, they have 0 customer service you pay for a service you don't get and if it is with Frogfoot run. They are uselss, my fibre was down 2 weeks ago for 5 days, it's down again, nobody assist in the support chats they don't follow up on calls logged.
