Webafrica is USELESS

I wish I could rate in the negative. This is the worst company on the planet. they make Home Afairs, RTI, and Eskom look like super heroes. They do not care about their clients. they are quick to sign you up but then dissapear. After sales sevicve is non existant. you can ONLY communicate with them via Whasapp and they just ignore you for hours until you are so fed up you just give up and go away. Speeds are never stable. I cannot access my bank accounts ( their sevice is unsecured so the bank wont allow access) it is off more than on. and when you try to get help they all go through the same procedure. Did you restart your router. put it off ad wait 5 minutes, there might be an outage, and then they log a ticket that never gets attention. You just have to wait for the internet to return on its own, which could take minutes, hours or days. You would be online and then ofline with nothing that caused it. My family has a house not far from me, on the same Vumatel fiber infrastructure but they are with Mweb and have NONE of my issues. STEAR CLEAR OF THESE ******!!! they are only after you hard earned money. they could not give a hoot about you or your internet or business.
