Webafrica is useless!!!!

The service was good, until I cancelled in September. Since then every month my account has been debited, and due to lockdown no calls can be made. I'm so frustrated because everytime I speak to an agent via WhatsApp they tell me it's sorted and my account is deactivated. Yet, come month end my account is debited again. Requeating a manager call you takes 5 to 7 days and nobody calls. I can't even remove my banking details from their site. I've had enough, who do I contact now?
