Webafrica is useless.

Signed up for fibre, they send a router to the wrong address. Finally it arrived and I've now been waiting almost a month for them to install a fibre box for me. I have not used the fibre once yet and they have already charged me prorata and for the month of October. When I try to contact a manager I get transferred from assistant to assistant. When I try to cancel I get transferred from assistant to assistant. They have done nothing to assist me other than "escalate" the problem. They are taking my money as we speak and they have not provided me with any fibre at all. Terrible company to even try deal with.
