Webafrica is USELESS!!!!!!!!!!

USELESS USELESS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The worst service I have ever received, or should I say didn't receive. Fibre installation was done by Openserv upon which they told us the router would be delivered and installed, by this useless company calling themselves Webafrica, within two business days. A week later and the router is still not installed. After numorous times phoning them to follow up, today I decided to wait on the line till someone can give me an answer. Been on the line for over 2 hours now and still no luck.

** Please take my advise and stay clear of this service provider as you will just get frustrated. **
