WebAfrica is useless

I'm a new client and the level of support I've received is less than pathetic. Telkom gives better service which says a lot.

I moved over to WebAfrica on the promise they were better well it's a lie, I'm still not connected. There is no number you can call only a WhatsApp group to which no one replies.
