Webafrica is useless

Firstly Webafrica is not attending to our calls when we have problems, you keep holding the phone for a long time and their staff don't listen to your issue they just transfer you and you have to hold again for a long time and when it is eventually answered the call will just drop. We are calling with our own airtime and it get finished without being assisted, I have a problem with my internet in my house it's down I can't get assistance, they refer us to the WhatsApp chat which is useless.

Another thing webafrica keeps on raising our monthly fee, I don't know because there are other service providers that are under vumatel but they don't keep on raising fees.
